Paula Southwell Memorial Scholarship Awarded

The Community Foundation of Warren County is pleased to announce 2024-2025 academic year recipient of the Paula Southwell Memorial Scholarship, Elizabeth Phelps. Elizabeth will be attending Penn West Clarion Honors Program pursuing a degree in nursing. The scholarship is designated for all Warren County graduating seniors who display the characteristics of Paula; leadership, intelligence, passion and determination.  Pictured with Elizabeth are Butch and Cathy Southwell.
